Krista

Office Manager

Krista is the office manager and front desk receptionist. She can handle all of your consulting, scheduling, accounts/payable and insurance concerns. She received her associate’s degree in 2004 as a paralegal but has since been certified for expanded dental duties, taking X-rays and coronal polishing. Krista began work in the dental field in 2000 but has worked at Palmer Dentistry since 2009.

Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jarod, daughter, Jenna, son William, and border collies Kemba and Jaycee. Her interests include outdoor activities, exercising and attending sporting events.

 

Malissa

Dr. Palmer’s Assistant

Malissa assists Dr. Palmer with procedures as well as handles ordering supplies, consulting with patients and sending lab cases. She received her degree from the Accelerated Dental Assisting School in November 2008 and has since been certified for X-rays as well as coronal polishing.

Malissa began working at our office in November of 2010. In her free time she enjoys coaching soccer, snow skiing and spending time with her son, Ryker.

 

Stephany

Dental Assistant

Stephany assists both Dr. Palmer & Dr. Anderson with dental procedures. She began working at Palmer Dentistry in March 2019.

Education- Stephany graduated from Lincoln College of Technology for Dental Assisting and began working in the field in November 2011. Stephany is CPR, OSHA & HIPAA trained, certified in Coronal Polishing and licensed to take X-Rays.

Outside of the office- Stephany is from Dry Ridge. Stephany is married to Chris and have 4 children, Alyssa, Jakoby, Camdyn and Skylar. The family enjoys spending time outdoors, watching movies and football!

 

Michele

Hygienist

Michele is our hygienist on Tuesdays. She received her dental hygiene degree from the University of Kentucky in 1992 and has worked with Dr. Palmer for more than 11 years. Michele lives in Edgewood with her husband, Dan, daughter, Sommer, and son, Ezzy.

Michele loves basketball, golf, boating and essentially any outdoor activity. Her favorite part about being a hygienist is getting to know her patients and their families.

 

Beth

Hygienist

Beth is our hygienist on Mondays and Wednesdays through Fridays. She graduated from UC in 1988 with an associate’s degree in applied science for dental hygiene. Beth is also certified for radiology and has received extensive training in periodontal therapy. She began work with Dr. Palmer in Florence in 1995 and began work at Palmer Dentistry in May of 2013.

Beth enjoys boating, scrapbooking and attending her kids’ — Matthew, Mitchell and Nick — football games.

 

Nick

Hygienist

Nick is a Registered Dental Hygienist. He has been with us since March 2015. Nick’s hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and every other Friday. He graduated with an associate’s degree in applied science for dental hygiene, and he is certified for radiology and local anesthesia.

In his free time Nick enjoys exercising, going to the shooting range, and working on and cruising in his Corvette.

 

Destiny

Desk Coordinator

Destiny graduated from dental assisting school in 2016 and has her X-ray certification. She works at the front desk with Krista, helping with insurance and scheduling patients among other tasks. Destiny enjoys shopping and spending her free time with friends, family and, of course, her dog, Coco.

 

Kyle

Dental Lab Technician

Kyle graduated from the No. 1-ranked U.S. dental laboratory program in 1988. From there, he had his first interaction with Dr. Palmer at the dental laboratory where he worked. They quickly developed a rapport as they collaborated on cases early in their careers.

In 1990, Kyle moved to Milwaukee, Wis., to work with a world renowned prosthodontist and ceramist team while maintaining his relationship with Dr. Palmer. When the practice moved to Newport Beach, Calif., in 1992, Kyle moved back to Greater Cincinnati to serve the Tristate. Kyle continues his dedication to his craft as he studies with the most talented artisans and technologists from all over the world.
