A Note from Dr. Megan Frew
Hello! I’m Dr. Megan Frew, and I couldn’t be more excited to be joining Dr. Mike Palmer and the Palmer Dentistry team.
I first met Dr. Palmer back in 2019 and we’ve stayed in touch ever since. What began as a shared interest in comprehensive dentistry grew into years of conversations about patient care, continuing education, and the kind of practice we each hoped to build. I’ve always admired not only the quality of his dentistry, but the integrity and thoughtfulness behind it. My early conversations with Dr. Palmer inspired me to pursue training at The Kois Center, and today we’re both proud Kois graduates who share the same evidence-based philosophy of care. The opportunity to finally work alongside Dr. Palmer is one I’ve hoped for over many years, and now that it’s here, it truly feels like coming full circle.
People often ask why I chose dentistry, and the answer always comes back to art. Ever since I was little, I loved drawing, painting, and creating things with my hands. Cosmetic dentistry became the perfect way to combine artistry with science and healthcare. I love helping patients feel confident in their smiles while creating dentistry that is beautiful, functional, and built to last.
Outside the office, my greatest joy is my family. My husband, Ryan, and I met while we were students at Xavier University and were together for ten years before getting married in 2020. Today, our energetic two-year-old son, Calvin, keeps us laughing and on our toes, along with our Bernese Mountain Dog, Enzo. We love spending time outdoors, traveling, waterskiing in the summer, snow skiing in the winter, and making as many family memories as we can. I also have a lifelong love of travel and different cultures, which began when I spent a year living in Spain as an exchange student.
Thank you for taking a few minutes to get to know me. I feel incredibly grateful that my path has led me to Dr. Palmer and to this wonderful practice. It will be an honor to earn your trust, care for you and your family, and become part of this community. I truly can’t wait to meet you!

More About Dr. Megan Frew
Dr. Megan Frew has been practicing dentistry since 2018. She is a graduate of The Kois Center, an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), where she is progressing through the Accreditation process, and an active member of the American Academy of Clear Aligners (AACA), where she has completed advanced education in Invisalign treatment planning and comprehensive clear aligner therapy. Since 2021, she has invested more than 500 hours in advanced continuing education, reflecting her commitment to providing patients with the highest standard of comprehensive, evidence-based dental care.
Known for her meticulous attention to detail and compassionate approach, Dr. Frew believes that every patient deserves the same level of care she would want for her own family. She takes the time to educate patients, answer questions, and develop individualized treatment plans that support long-term oral health and beautiful, natural-looking results.
