Overview

Palmer Dentistry is a patient-focused, comprehensive restorative practice dedicated to high-level clinical outcomes and craftsmanship. We operate a dedicated, fully integrated in-house dental laboratory featuring state-of-the-art digital technology alongside premier analog artistry.

We are seeking an aspiring, motivated Denta Lab Technician who wants to take their skill to the next elite level.

Responsibilities

• Support daily lab production including model work, articulation, die trimming and scan preparations.

• Assist in digital CAD/CAM workflows (design support, nesting, milling, and 3D printing)
• Prepare restorations for porcelain application, finishing and staining/galzing.
• Perform finishing, contouring and surface texturing under the direct guidance of our master ceramist.
• Maintain clean, organized bench areas, calibrate equipment, and manage lab inventory.

Requirements

• 1+years of dental lab experience, bench training, or completion of a recongnized Dental Laboratory Technology program.

• Solid understanding of tooth anatomy, occlusion, and morphology.
• Familiarity with digital workflows (3Shape or similar) and standard restorative materials (zirconia, lithium disilicate).
• High manual dexterity, keen attention to micro-aesthetic detail, and pride in fine craftsmanship.
• A teachable, growth-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to learn from an experienced master technician.
